The responsibilities of this Business Analyst role are to:

• Demonstrate proficiency in eliciting, analyzing and documenting business requirements
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences in the insurance industry
• Analyze data to understand customer behavior, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities
• Ensures that all decisions are data-driven and that the product and business development activities are aligned with overall company goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and designers to define requirements for platform enhancements
• Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and new feature development
• Propose and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation
• Build business cases in support of various strategic initiatives.
• Develop business-specific market, product and customer knowledge to serve the needs of management.
• Present findings to internal stakeholders
• Prepare and organize workshops for gathering business requirements, cooperating efficiently with all relevant stakeholders and conducting requirement workshop 

The qualifications for this Business Analyst role are:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in process documentation and analysis
• Proficiency in using data analysis and process mapping tools 
• Experience with strategic frameworks, strategic planning, analysis design and business case development
• Comfort in collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organization and facilitating engagement towards a specific outcome
• Proficiency in MS office.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
