Key Responsibilities for this Business Program Manager include:

• Drive business performance analysis, delivering insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to improve execution and operational efficiency
• Coordinate strategic initiatives and align business frameworks with global standards
• Monitor key business metrics, including pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and OPEX spending, providing data-driven recommendations to the General Manager
• Act as a compliance lead, ensuring adherence to policies related to budget spending, vendor onboarding, and risk management
• Oversee event planning and execution, managing business planning cycles, budget allocation, and compliance initiatives

The ideal candidate for this Business Program Manager role will have:

• University/College degree (degree in finance will be considered a plus)
• Fluency in both English and Greek
