Among your duties as a Chief Accountant in this company will be:

• Coordination and control the full range of accounting tasks and activities
• Ensure compliance with local Tax rules and deadlines
• Consolidation
• Budget, Cash Flow Reporting (monthly results, ad hoc analysis)
• Inventory
• Directly deal with the tax authorities as appropriate
• Entry and focal point for finance related ad hoc projects
• Monthly provisions and closing supervision
• New Projects – Investments (participation in Working Groups)
• Recommendations to improve functional area within Accounting (ERP – day to day)

To be an ideal candidate for the Chief Accountant position, you should have:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• A class certification
• Advance knowledge of local accounting and tax requirements
• External certification in Accounting (Ideally Chartered Accountant qualification) will be considered as an asset
• Knowledge of local, GAAP, IFRS, regulatory and other relevant requirements
• Excellent command of English
• IT skills: good command of applications in Finance area
• At least 5 years of general experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax
• Specific work experience in similar role is a plus

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all accounting practices.

• At least 5 years of general experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax
