As a Client Support Agent you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and collecting required information from inbound customer calls
- Resolving and taking ownership of each client’s questions or concerns
- Ensuring continued customer loyalty by providing timely and accurate information
- Providing alternatives aiming to facilitate their needs
- Building customer loyalty
προσόντα
The ideal candidate for this Client Support Agent role should have:
- Previous experience in customer service position at a call center.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek
- Literacy in computer skills
εμπειρία
experience in similar customer support roles is desired
