Key Responsibilities of this Commercial Assistant:
- assist in the implementation of commercial activities and tactical plans
- support the development and coordination of communication campaigns and marketing materials
- maintain close collaboration with advertising and PR agencies (briefings, campaign follow-ups, deliveries, invoicing)
- keep daily contact with the sales team, ensuring smooth operations
- provide support in organizing external events, congresses, and marketing initiatives
- manage venue selection, invitations, and meeting logistics
- ensure proper archiving of promotional materials and distribution to sales representatives
- coordinate the approval process for commercial activities, ensuring proper documentation
- maintain communication with local authorities for compliance and regulatory adherence
- handle financial processes, including budget tracking, invoicing, and purchase requisitions
- assist with compliance-related tasks, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and supporting transparency reporting
προσόντα
To be considered for this Commercial Assistant position, you should have:
- a Higher Education diploma (preferably a Bachelor’s degree) in an administrative or business-related field
- fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken)
- proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn and navigate different systems
