As a Customer Experience Administrator, your main responsibilities are:

• Develop, maintain, and update customer care procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Analyze customer care data, generate reports, and share insights to identify trends and improve overall performance.
• Present key statistics  
• Oversee and manage customer care agreements, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain and update customer care policies, service partner data, and system access to support efficient operations.

The Customer Experience Administrator, we are looking for should have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English
• Good understanding of performance metrics and analytics
• A positive, proactive can-do attitude
• Strong organizational skills, team spirit and attention to detail
• Strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office suite

Experience in a similar role in the household appliances-electronics or similar sector is require
