κύριες αρμοδιότητες
As a Customer Operations & Services Officer for Shipping Lubricants, you will:
- Manage and process customer orders efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Oversee delivery operations using SAP, ensuring smooth and accurate procedures.
- Monitor stock levels daily, managing replenishment to guarantee product availability with management approval.
- Ensure precise and timely invoicing for all customer transactions.
- Track and support prompt payment collections.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve high-performance results.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating to management when necessary.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding global deliveries and service networks.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company ethics, and safety standards.
προσόντα
The ideal candidate for the position of Customer Operations & Services Officer will have:
- University degree in Shipping or relevant knowledge of the shipping industry.
- Proficiency in English
- Strong command of MS Office applications.
- SAP knowledge and hands-on experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the shipping industry.
