As an Executive Assistant to the he Marketing & Public Relations Division, some of your daily tasks will include:
- managing and maintaining the Director’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments and meetings
- screen and direct phone calls, manage correspondence, and handle communication with stakeholders
- preparing reports, presentations, and other documents, as well as taking minutes during meetings when required
- providing administrative and office support to ensure smooth daily operations
- organizing and maintaining data and filing systems for easy access and accuracy
προσόντα
In order to be considered for this Executive Assistant role the requirements are:
- university/College Degree
- excellent command (verbal and written) of the English language
- good knowledge of Ms Office
