κύριες αρμοδιότητες
As an Executive Assistant to the General Manager, some of your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage the General Manager's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently
- Organize and prepare for executive meetings, including agenda creation, taking minutes, and ensuring timely distribution and filing of documents
- Screen communications, prioritize tasks, and handle correspondence to ensure an efficient workflow
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the General Manager
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other executive-level materials
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion
- Support project management and follow up on action items from meetings
- Ensure the smooth organization of events and meetings, both internal and external
- Provide administrative support for special projects as needed
προσόντα
To be considered for this Executive Assistant position, you should possess:
- University/college degree
- Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English (written and oral)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools
- Experience in organizing executive meetings, taking minutes, and managing documentation
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector is a strong plus
