As a Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will be:
- acting as a point of contact for the founder
- dealing with correspondence and calls
- coordinating complex scheduling and extensive calendar management
- controlling access to the private club
- co-ordinating complex and ever-changing travel arrangements
- performing administrative and office support
- handling requests and queries of the club members appropriately
- liaising with club members, suppliers and other staff
- organizing events
προσόντα
The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant role should have:
- university degree
- fluency in Greek and English
- excellent knowledge of Ms Office
- Private Car Required for Commuting to Work
