The Export Sales Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Implement the company’s commercial policies
• Grow sales within your assigned region by supporting the existing client base and identifying new customers
• Participate in trade shows and exhibitions
• Contribute to sales target setting, monitor performance, and provide detailed reporting
• Utilize CRM software for reporting
• Monitor customer business activities

The Export Sales Manager must possess the following:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international B2B sales
• Experience in electrical equipment, heating & cooling systems, white & black appliances, is highly valued
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of German is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to travel (at least 30% of the time)
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Experience in BI software and Data Analytics is considered a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze data and create reports
• Team player with a collaborative spirit
