Your responsibilities for this roles includes among others to:

• Act as the primary point of contact for family members, business associates, and service providers, ensuring seamless communication.
• Arrange international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, while optimizing cost-efficiency. Travel occasionally to provide on-site support
• Manage extensive diary coordination across multiple time zones, scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments while accommodating ever-changing commitments.
• Provide comprehensive PA support, including document preparation, basic bookkeeping, and managing correspondence.
• Organize business and private travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, accommodation, and dining reservations, as well as overseeing private jet and yacht management.
• Oversee the maintenance and refurbishment of multiple properties in various locations.
• Organize and oversee social events, including restaurant reservations and entertainment planning.
• Liaise with the Charities Foundations regarding charitable trusts.
• Conduct research and manage ad-hoc projects as required by the family.

To be considered for this Family Office Assistant position, you need to have:

• University/ College degree in business, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with travel arrangements will be highly appreciated
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
