As a finance operations in this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage financial aspects of inbound logistics, storage costs, and delivery expenses to optimize resource allocation and budgeting.
• Collaborate with customers, customer service, and deployment teams to align financial priorities with operational goals.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies involving stakeholders to achieve financial targets sustainably while reducing operational costs.
• Contribute to developing cost-efficient financial models and frameworks to address new customer requirements or emerging market routes.
• Assist in the financial evaluation and evolution of the operational network in alignment with long-term business strategy.
• Ensure the seamless functioning of financial management systems and accurate integration with external interfaces for reporting and compliance.
• Lead initiatives to minimize lead times and optimize cost efficiency in financial processes, including sourcing and procurement.
• Prepare and verify financial documentation for goods receipts, ensuring accuracy in purchase orders.
• Oversee financial impacts of sales returns, stock obsolescence, and product write-offs, ensuring minimal loss.
• Manage and monitor financial transactions, ensuring deadlines for payment and delivery align with financial protocols.
• Conduct financial reconciliation of stock movements and implement robust methods for tracking product flow from a financial perspective.
• Ensure financial compliance in the inspection of product flows and identify cost-related inefficiencies or losses.
• Address customer (non-consumer) financial complaints, identify cost inefficiencies, and implement improvement plans to enhance financial performance.

The ideal candidate for the position of finance operations will be expected to possess the following:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Finance Operations
• Excellent MS Office (Especially EXCEL extensive spreadsheet analysis, and strongmathematical abilities)
•  Experience in master scheduling, operations, finance
• Team player
• Fluent in English (speaking & writing), Working experience in SAP as a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business / Finance / Information Management
