We are looking for a person who will take over the below responsibilities for the position of Front Office Agent:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel reception desk
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive and distribute daily email
• Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

The ideal Front Office Agent will have the following requirements:

• Outgoing, serious with a service-oriented disposition personality.
• Degree in Tourism.
• Previous experience at the same role in city hotel at least 2 years.
• Excellent communication in English language. An extra language will be an asset.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, both Greek and English.
• Knowledge of PMS and MS Office.
• Experience using OTAs, extranets and channel managers will be appreciated.
• Professional and organized behavior with a cooperative spirit and teamwork.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

2-5 years of previous experience at the same role
