As our General Insurance Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our General Insurance division. You will oversee operations, manage strategic partnerships, and drive efficiency, ensuring seamless placement of insurance solutions for complex risks across both domestic and international markets.

•  Strategic Leadership – Lead, mentor, and support the General Insurance team to optimize performance and service excellence.
• Underwriting & Market Placement – Manage complex risk submissions and ensure strong relationships with local and international insurers.
• Process Optimization – Continuously refine procedures to enhance operational efficiency and improve client experience.
•  Risk Evaluation & Advisory – Assess client requirements for large-scale insurance solutions and provide strategic recommendations.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with internal brokers and partners to develop tailored insurance solutions.
• Performance & Compliance – Ensure adherence to industry regulations, maintaining high standards of service and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For a General Insurance Operations Manager:

• Education: BSc in Insurance Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Certification: Licensed Insurance Broker (certified by the BoG).
• Experience: 10+ years in general insurance operations, underwriting, or brokerage leadership.
• Technical Skills: Strong command of MS Office and familiarity with insurance-related software.
• Languages: Excellent command of English and Greek (written & verbal).
