As the Head of FP&A your responsibilities will be:

• Building annual budgets and forecasts for different business units and consolidating into one master budget
• Analysing past financial performance, preparing competitor analysis, and examining market trends along with commentary for management
• Creating financial models to predict growth and forecast performance
• Monthly management accounts reporting
• Analysing previous budgets and forecasts and performing variance analysis to explain discrepancies
• Evaluating new and existing projects, investments, and assets to determine their validity and appraise their value
• Key relationship building with commercial side of business (work with regional CEO’s/MDs)
• Support Finance Director with ad hoc tasks when required

The ideal candidate for this Head FP&A position should have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Economics with a record of strong academic achievemet
• Experience with planning and reporting tools
• 8-10 years of experience in FP&A
• Fluency in English is a must, fluency in Greek is essential
• Qualified Accountant (e.g. ACA / CIMA)
• Effective Excel skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• High aptitude on systems

• ability to handle large data sets, work under pressure and to deadlines
• capacity to multitask over several ongoing projects
