As Head of Managed Cyber Security Services, you will report directly to the company’s General Manager (GM) and take charge of the strategic direction and operations for the Security Operations Center (SOC), Incident Response (IR), and Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) teams.
You will lead key initiatives to strengthen the organization’s security posture and protect critical assets, while overseeing a skilled team responsible for monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to emerging cybersecurity threats. In this dynamic and collaborative environment, you will ensure the highest standards of cybersecurity protection for the clients.
Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in client meetings alongside the GM, contributing to the business development process and shaping commercial opportunities. Your leadership will directly impact both the security of the organization and its clients, as well as drive the growth and innovation of the managed security services.

- Lead and manage the operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC), Incident Response (IR), and Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) teams, ensuring seamless integration to deliver top-tier security services.
- Align with organizational goals and business objectives, continually refining policies and strategies to maintain robust cybersecurity defenses.
- Provide regular updates on SOC, IR, and CTI performance, while driving the company’s business growth and service development.
- Oversee the deployment of advanced security technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and threat intelligence platforms to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for critical security incidents, guiding the team through response efforts, and conducting post-incident reviews to drive improvements.
- Integrate threat intelligence into SOC operations, ensuring actionable insights to proactively mitigate risks and protect client assets.
- Manage compliance with key regulations such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and other industry standards, ensuring audit readiness and performance reporting.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to implement proactive threat-hunting initiatives, incident response plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Engage in client meetings with the GM, presenting security solutions, addressing client needs, and identifying business opportunities.
- Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for SOC operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery of services.
