As a Head Of Sales in this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Define and implement the country growth sales strategy and action plan in accordance with the Director Sales & Aftersales SELA.
• Develop and manage the local sales team.
• Ensure cross-functional cooperation for the execution of the sales strategy and on project level.
• Planning, coordination, sales and realisation of wind energy projects.
• Preparation and implementation of project analyses.
• Preparation and negotiations of offers and contracts.
• Ensure timely submission of proposals by the Team in accordance with the sales strategy.
• Carrying out profitability calculations.
• Generating and preparing budget figures, presentations, and reports.
• Follow-up support for projects.
• Participation in trade fairs and conferences.
• Close dialogue with customers to ensure good understanding of customer's project and business case.
• Answering customer enquiries (technical, commercial, planning and approval law).
• Gathering knowledge such as competitor activity, support systems for wind energy and customers international activities.

The ideal candidate for the position of Head Of Sales will be expected to possess the following:

• Degree in electrical, industrial, or environmental engineering, business administration, or equivalent.
• Team-orientated way of working with a high degree of customer focus.
• Understanding of energy and renewable Greek market.
• Managerial experience of more than 5 years.
• Fluent in Greek & English; any third language will be considered an asset.
• Available to travel when required within Greece & abroad.
