As an HR Generalist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the HR department in aligning HR practices with organizational objectives and operational needs
• Acting as the first point of contact for managers and employees, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters
• Handling end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job postings, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending offers
• Managing day-to-day HR operations, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining accurate employee records, and updating HRIS systems
• Assisting in payroll preparation and administering benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
• Facilitating training and development programs to enhance employee performance and support career progression within the organization
• Coordinating performance review processes by collaborating with managers to set goals and monitor employee progress
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives, such as reward and recognition programs, to promote a positive and productive workplace culture
• Advising on and addressing employee relations matters, such as performance concerns, workplace conflicts, and disciplinary procedures
• Monitoring key HR metrics and preparing reports to provide insights into trends and areas for improvement

The ideal candidate for the HR Generalist position should have:

• University/college degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent knowledge on the Greek and English language

• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic
