As a JuniorExecutive Assistant to the CEO of the company, some of your responsibilities will be:
- acting as a point of contact with internal departments
- dealing with correspondence and calls
- coordinating complex scheduling and extensive calendar management
- co-ordinating complex and ever-changing travel arrangements
- performing administrative and office support
- handling requests and queries appropriately
- liaising with executives, clients, suppliers and other staff
- organizing meetings/events
προσόντα
The ideal candidate for this JuniorExecutive Assistant role should have:
- university degree
- master's degree will be considered a plus
- fluency in Greek, English and German
- excellent knowledge of Ms Office
