The responsibilities of the Lawyer position include:

• perform legal due diligence
• identify and highlight legal risks associated to the transaction
• advice on regulatory compliance
• drafting and negotiating transaction documentation
• project managing of various legal workstreams in multidiscipline transactional mandates
• developing business relationships with clients and providing strategic guidance
• elaborate your knowledge of current legislation across a wide range of industries

The ideal candidate for the Lawyer position should have:

• qualified as an Attorney-at-Law in Greece (Athens Bar Association or other Bar Associationmembership)
• postgraduate degree (LL.M. or equivalent) from a well-accredited law university in Greeceor abroad (with at least some subjects in the area of M&A and Corporate & CommercialLaw)
• excellent knowledge of written and spoken professional English
