The responsibilities for this Associate Lawyer position include:

• Advising clients on regulatory and compliance matters related to energy law and renewable energy projects.
• Handling legal issues concerning energy licensing, grid access, and environmental compliance.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including power purchase agreements (PPAs) and energy-related commercial agreements.
• Representing clients in regulatory proceedings and disputes with public authorities.
• Conducting legal research and preparing comprehensive legal opinions, pleadings, and reports.
• Staying updated on legislative developments and trends in the energy sector to provide informed and strategic legal advice.

The requirements for the Associate Lawyer role are:

• LLB or equivalent Law degree• An LLM in Energy Law is highly desirable• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

• Self-driven and highly motivated to contribute to the success of the Group.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including management of workload, proactiveness, and creative thinking.
• Solution-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Management and leadership skills and qualities.
• Commercially savvy and extroverted in client interactions, fostering strong relationships and business development.
• A flexible working approach is necessary to complement the skilled team.

A minimum of 6 years experience as a Lawyer, Associate Lawyer or Legal Counsel.
