As a Legal Secretary, your role will include:
- calendar management: organizing schedules, appointments, and agendas for Legal Partners
- coordination: arranging meetings, conferences, and conference calls
- travel arrangements: booking travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations
- file maintenance: keeping both electronic and paper-based filing systems up to date and organized
- document production: creating, editing, and proofreading legal documents with speed and accuracy
