As an Medical Affairs Assistant of this pharmaceutical company your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Supports the Medical department in given projects/activities under the guidance of the Medical Director ensuring compliance with the standard company models and the relevant legislation.
• Leads the management of administrative and contractual documentation necessary to obtain the authorizations for medical initiatives, clinical trials and comply with the procedures required by the Ethics Committees, in compliance with corporate and local regulations.
• Supports the Medical Director ensuring compliance with internal procedures and deadlines assigned.
• Provides support related to the implementation of Medical projects and activities.
• Will be in close collaboration with Medical Director and MSLs including and not limited to contractual agreement preparation, budget overview and amount commitments, communication with suppliers, Due Diligence process and etc.
• Builds and checks compliance of the contracts under the Medical Department’s responsibility and ensures all corporate and local standards are respected.  
• Uses the internal platform for the contract process and has direct contact with external bodies for proper coordination.
• Ensures the execution and compliance of administrative documentation for the approval of the protocols in compliance with corporate and local standards and processes.

The Medical Affairs Assistant we are looking for should acquire the following: 

• University Degree in a life science related field.
• Excellent knowledge of English (spoken & written).
• Proficiency in MS-Office.
• Key competencies: Accuracy, Autonomy, Responsibility, Agility, Confidentiality, Problem solving, Teamwork.

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be considered an asset.
