    Our client offers the following for this Norwegian Customer Service Agent - Work From Home role:

    • A competitive benefits package (salary more than twice the minimum salary in Greece)

    What are the daily tasks of a Norwegian Customer Service Agent - Work From Home?

    • Act as the first point of contact for all the Norwegian speaking clients
    • Communicate with speed, empathy and effectiveness with customers via telephone, emails and online chats 
    • Be able to offer recommendations and guidance to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
    • Work effectively as part of a team, developing supportive relationship with colleagues

    The qualifications needed for this Norwegian Customer Service Agent - Work From Home role are:  

    • An excellent level in Norwegian
    • A good level in English
    • PC literacy

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
