As an Office Receptionist, your role will include:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff professionally
- Manage office calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and setups
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Track office expenses and assist with invoice processing
- Assist the Head of Administration with tasks and projects
προσόντα
The requirements for this Office Receptionist role are:
- University/college diploma
- Fluency in English both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
