As a Project Assistant, you will:
- Lead and coordinate regional business support activities across multiple regions.
- Manage customer contracts, price lists, and amendments, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
- Oversee cross-functional projects and in-country activities, ensuring smooth execution.
- Support go-to-market initiatives, including new product launches and strategic business cases.
- Ensure timely communication of price and product changes to both customers and internal teams.
- Build reports, identify supply chain opportunities, and support the development of marketing strategies.
- Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and provide insights for marketing and business improvements.
προσόντα
To succeed in the role of Project Assistant, you will need:
- Experience in project management, with a proven ability to coordinate multiple activities.
- Previous experience in business operations, commercial support, or customer service.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level or above).
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus.
