The Project Engineer is responsible to:

• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for industrial facility expansions and production line upgrades.
• Prepare technical reports, project proposals, progress reports, and completion certificates.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment, draft bids and service proposals.
• Supervise design, zoning, and expansion of industrial buildings, warehouses, and mechanical installations to support operational growth.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to design and implement new production lines, machinery layouts, and automation projects.
• Work closely with external topographical consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with industrial regulations.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and deliverables.

The Project Engineer should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Good knowledge of Greek and English language
• Knowledges of PMI and PMP, will be considered a plus

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders
• Managing multiple tasks
• Problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with technical report writing and documentation
• Industrial project management experience, including site acquisition, project planning, and equipment procurement

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes/ procurement/new projects
