The Project Manager responsibilities include the following:
- Plan, organize, and oversee fiber optic installation projects from inception to completion
- Develop project timelines, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to deadlines
- Supervise fieldwork, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize project execution
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure problem resolution throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget, monitoring costs and resource allocation
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and progress updates for stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency in execution
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to work plans and safety regulations
- Liaise with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for installation projects
- Continuously improve project management processes and suggest innovative solutions for efficiency
προσόντα
The ideal candidate for the Project Manager position should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering or a related field
- Good command of the Greek and English language
- Familiarity with financial management, cost estimation, and contract negotiation
