In order to qualify for the Quality Assurance Operations Manager open position you would need to acquire the following: 

• responsible for performing batch record review.
• contribution in the quality release activities of the final product.
• responsible for the CAPA management system.
• update database, performing evaluation, effectiveness check and closure of CAPAs
• participation in internal audit.
• development updates and review of the company’s processes (SOPs).
• contribution in the desired compliance with the requirements of GMP, ISO standards, customers as well as the state law.
• provide support for the validation of systems and equipment.
• stay abreast of regulatory requirements.
• focus on driving continuous improvement within QA systems.
• coordinate investigation of quality complaints/issues with customers and suppliers
• communication with senior management, provide right and accurate reporting for the overall project
• manage and communicate all the requirements and details back to the team and address their functional issues

The main qualifications for the Quality Assurance Operations Manager position would be the following: 

• relevant bachelor’s or master's degree.
• desired auditing experience per ISO and EU standards.
• able to problem solve, use initiative, and influence others in a positive manner.
• planning and organization skills.
• communication and interpersonal skills.
• experience as a manager / project manager handling all functionalities related to the QA

• experience of at least 2 years of relevant managerial experience in the pharmaceutical ind
