κύριες αρμοδιότητες
The responsibilities of the QHSE Supervisor will be to:
- Develop the Project Quality Plan.
- Organize and monitor all procedures outlined in the Project Quality Plan.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Review and approve material and method statements before execution.
- Ensure that all workmanship and materials comply with project specifications.
- Maintain proper documentation of quality records and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on quality-related issues.
- Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions for identified quality issues.
- Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures in line with industry regulations.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all personnel.
- Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and near misses, implementing corrective actions.
- Provide HSE training and awareness sessions to employees and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including waste management and pollution control.
- Coordinate with site managers to conduct safety drills and emergency response planning.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project)
- Proficiency in English (preferably Proficiency level)
- Strong communication skills
