Your responsibilities as an Office Receptionist will be to:

• Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department based on their inquiries.
• Handle the daily intake, sorting, distribution, and dispatch of physical mail.
• Answer and route incoming calls, ensuring messages are accurately conveyed to the appropriate parties.
• Maintain close communication with the Security office to monitor and manage office visitor activity.
• Scan, organize, and dispatch documentation while keeping an updated archive.
• Oversee meeting room management, including checking availability via calendars, preparing rooms, providing hospitality, and guiding visitors to their reserved spaces.
• Coordinate courier services, managing the receipt and dispatch of packages.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as managing stationery and kitchen supplies, and handling the company’s general information mailbox.
• Receive and process legal documents as needed.

The requirements for the Office Receptionist role are:

• college/university degree
• excellent MS Office skills
• excellent written and oral communication skills of the Greek and English language

• excellent time management skills

• team player

Previous experience in similar roles is considered a plus
