γιατί τώρα περισσότερο από ποτέ είναι απαραίτητοι οι εργαζόμενοι στην πληροφορική;
Υπάρχει εξήγηση για αυτή την εξέλιξη και αυτή δεν είναι άλλη από τον ψηφιακό μετασχηματισμό. Η μετάβαση πολλών συναλλαγών σε ψηφιακό περιβάλλον αλλά και η μετάβαση από τα φυσικά πληροφοριακά συστήματα στο υπολογιστικό νέφος (cloud) καθιστά τη χρήση των εφαρμογών πληροφορικής απαραίτητη.
Η μείωση του αποτυπώματος άνθρακα καθιστά αναγκαία τη χρήση ψηφιακών υπηρεσιών και στην περίπτωση των δημόσιων υπηρεσιών και άλλων, όπως η έκδοση τιμολογίων. Ταυτόχρονα πληθαίνουν τα ευρήματα των στατιστικών, βάσει των οποίων έχουν αυξηθεί οι διαδικτυακές αγορές. Ακόμη όμως και στην περίπτωση εκείνων, που αγοράζουν από το φυσικό κατάστημα, προηγείται μια ψηφιακή «βόλτα» στα μαγαζιά. Αυτές οι συνθήκες οδήγησαν στην αυξημένη ζήτηση προσωπικού σε όλους τους τομείς του κλάδου της πληροφορικής.

ποιο είναι το βασικό χαρακτηριστικό του κλάδου της πληροφορικής;
Κάτι που κάνει τον χώρο της πληροφορικής συναρπαστικό, είναι το ότι πρόκειται για έναν δυναμικό κλάδο που διαρκώς εξελίσσεται. Στον συγκεκριμένο τομέα δεν σημειώνεται στασιμότητα. Ταυτόχρονα, μιλάμε για έναν talent-centric κλάδο. Όπως μπορείς να δεις και στην έκθεση HR Trends της Randstad, η ζήτηση στον χώρο είναι μεγάλη και οι θέσεις καλύπτονται με δυσκολία, καθώς οι διαθέσιμες θέσεις εργασίας είναι περισσότερες από τους διαθέσιμους επαγγελματίες με αντίστοιχη εμπειρία. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι ο επαγγελματίας όχι απλώς έχει την άνεση της επιλογής, αλλά έχει και τη δυνατότητα να διαπραγματευτεί τους όρους μια συμφωνίας που καταλήγει σε μια επιτυχημένη συνεργασία.

Ένας επαγγελματίας ΙΤ μπορεί να απασχοληθεί σε όλους τους κλάδους της αγοράς, τόσο σε ελληνικές όσο και πολυεθνικές εταιρείες. Τομείς όμως η τεχνολογία, το online gaming & betting, οι τραπεζικές εφαρμογές, οι ασφάλειες, η βιομηχανία, το fintech, οι συμβουλευτικές υπηρεσίες, οι online αγορές, η λιανική, τα καταναλωτικά προϊόντα, τα τρόφιμα έχουν τη δυνατότητα να απορροφήσουν ανθρώπους με εμπειρία στην πληροφορική.

Στην περίπτωση, που ένας/ μια υποψήφιος/ υποψήφια έχει κλίση στον προγραμματισμό, την ανάλυση ή τα συστήματα πληροφορικής, τότε μια αντίστοιχη καριέρα είναι η ιδανική.

Είναι εφικτή εφόσον ο άνθρωπος έχει το απαιτούμενο υπόβαθρο, δηλαδή είναι εξοικειωμένος με τον χώρο της πληροφορικής είτε έχει έναν σχετικό τίτλο σπουδών.

ποια είναι η εξέλιξη που αναμένεται να έχει ένας επαγγελματίας στην πληροφορική;
Υπάρχουν πολλές ευκαιρίες για εξέλιξη στον κλάδο της πληροφορικής. Κάποιος μπορεί να ξεκινήσει ως junior, να συνεχίσει ως intermediate και να προχωρήσει ως senior, software/systems architect, team leader, development manager, IT manager/director, CTO, CIO.

ποιες είναι οι μισθολογικές απολαβές του επαγγελματία στην πληροφορική;
Εξαρτάται πάντα από την ειδικότητα, για παράδειγμα προγραμματισμός, συστήματα, δίκτυα, κυβερνοασφάλεια κτλ. Ένας επαγγελματίας στην πληροφορική μπορεί να ξεκινήσει κοντά στα 1300-1400 ευρώ μικτά μηνιαίως και να φτάσει στα 3500-4000€ για μια μη διευθυντική θέση.

Επίσης, ειδικότητες όπως οι devops engineers, product owners, scrums masters, agile delivery managers, IT business analysts, ERP consultants, information security specialists, IT systems engineers, IT project managers, software testers βρίσκονται αρκετά ψηλά στη μισθολογική κλίμακα.
