As a Sales Administrator, some of your day to day tasks will include: 

• manage projects of various scales, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project guidelines
• Utilize SAP for customer service tasks, handling data entry, order processing, and reporting (SAP experience is a plus)
• assist in the management and coordination of larger projects under the guidance of the Senior Key Account Executive
• prepare comprehensive financial proposals and offers for clients
• facilitate communication and coordination with suppliers, transportation companies, and external partners
• act as a primary point of contact for client communications, addressing inquiries and providing updates as needed
• prepare and organize participation documents for public tenders, ensuring compliance with all requirements
• provide essential secretarial support to the director and project managers of the sales department
• maintain project tracking sheets to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
• update and manage data in the CRM program to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• collaborate effectively with other departments within the company to support sales department activities and initiatives

In order to be considered for this Sales Administrator position, you need to have:

• university/college/IEK degree (studies in a relevant field such as  architecture, interior design etc will be considered a strong plus)
• excellent command of the Greek and English language
• proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (knowledge of other CRM/ERP systems will be considered a plus)
• previous work experience in project management or sales administration will be a plus
