As an Sales Executive in this role you will be responsible for:

• Conduct sales calls outreach to an existing client database to promote conference registrations and award nominations
• Maintain and update account details and sales history within the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Identify and develop new opportunities with current customers by presenting relevant products and services
• Proactively engage with clients to exceed expectations and foster long-term loyalty

The ideal candidate for the position of Sales Executive will be expected to possess the following:

• Relevant experience in a telephone sales or customer communication role, or within an educational setting, will be advantageous
• A background in the telecommunications industry is a plus
• A college or university degree, or equivalent professional development, is required
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
