The Key Responsibilities for this Sales Support Coordinator role is to:
- Manage projects of various scales, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project guidelines
- Assist in the management and coordination of larger projects under the guidance of the Senior Key Account Executive
- Prepare comprehensive offers for clients
- Facilitate communication and coordination with suppliers, transportation companies, and external partners
- Act as a primary point of contact for client communications, addressing inquiries and providing updates as needed
- Prepare and organize participation documents for public tenders, ensuring compliance with all requirements
- Provide essential secretarial support to the director and project managers of the sales department
- Maintain project tracking sheets to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
- Utilize CRM (SAP experience is a plus) for customer service tasks, handling data entry, order processing, and reporting
- Collaborate effectively with other departments within the company to support sales department activities and initiatives
προσόντα
The qualifications needed for this Sales Support Coordinator role are:
- University/college/IEK degree
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in project management or sales administration
- excellent command of the Greek and English language
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (knowledge of other CRM/ERP systems will be considered a plus)
