Your responsibilities as an Senior Accounting and FP&A Analyst will include:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Review the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to senior management.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure the company’s compliance.

To be a good fit in this Senior Accounting and FP&A Analyst role you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•  A master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification (e.g., ACCA, CA).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (knowledge of Entersoft ERP is a plus) and advanced Excel skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
