As a Senior MEP Construction Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of MEP works for large-scale industrial and commercial projects.
• Organize and manage construction sites, ensuring optimal team performance and coordination.
• Supervise and guide subcontractors and technical teams.
• Oversee the implementation of blueprints and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Manage technical documents and liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control throughout project phases.
• Ensure all activities adhere to required quality standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Actively participate in project scheduling, tracking timelines to ensure timely delivery.

As an Senior MEP Construction Manager you need to have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Proficiency in English (Proficiency level or equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing MEP works, particularly for industrial and professional buildings.
• In-depth knowledge of the MEP market, including equipment and subcontractors.
• Strong project management skills with expertise in contract, change, and claims management.
• Experience in commissioning and certifications for projects, including LEED and WELL standards.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
