The selected individual for the Sterile Area Supervisor position will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring all related records are accurately and promptly completed on the appropriate forms.
• Monitoring performance and investigating ways to improve productivity.
• Inspecting facilities and equipment before production starts, ensuring cleanliness, suitability, and readiness according to required specifications.
• Following written procedures and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Overseeing the manufacturing unit, including filling machines, visual inspection stations, weighing stations, and raw material storage areas.
• Coordinating, supervising, and scheduling employee shifts.
• Participating in staff evaluations in collaboration with the Production Director.
• Monitoring stock levels of consumables for production processes and ensure their timely procurement.

The ideal candidate for the Sterile Area Supervisor position will be an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical sector with the desire to grow in a dynamic organization and must have:

• Degree in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or similar).
• Pharmaceutical industry or sterile product manufacturing.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in computer use and applications (MS Office, SAP).
• Familiarity with GMP/GDP practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability, staff management skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
