κύριες αρμοδιότητες
The responsibilities of the position include:
- Monitor inventory levels and supply plans to ensure alignment with demand and prevent backorders
- Identify and mitigate any risks to product availability
- Liaison with Area demand on risks/queries regarding product availability & timing
- Update monthly forecasts in SAP IBP and manage Demand execution changes and forecast roll-overs
- Serve as SAP IBP system administrator
- Coordinate weekly product orders for Greece and Cyprus
- Implement & complete any requests/templates from Area Demand
- Monitor and improve forecast accuracy KPIs.
- Conduct daily sales and forecast monitoring
- Generate and send weekly KPI reports to relevant stakeholders
- Analyze KPI data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Share data insights using Power BI Tool
- Work with IT to ensure ERP system source data reports are relevant and create new ERP reports as needed
- Assist in implementing the new CRM system.
- Ensure the CRM system is maintained and updated regularly
- Provide support and training to CRM users
προσόντα
The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Fluency in Greek and English (Proficiency)
- Good IT skills, including database management.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
