As a Supply Chain Customer Service Officer your main responsibilities will be to:

• Ensure smooth execution of the order management process and high customer satisfaction
• Handle all customer service tasks in the Supply Chain, including orders, quotas, complaints, and complex issues
• Develop value-added solutions, including joint planning, VMI, and route-to-market projects
• Maintain and improve VMI and other customer interface tools
• Create and implement customer service strategies for individual clients or groups

For this Supply Chain Customer Service Officer position you need to demonstrate: 

• Bachelor's degree in business management and/or supply chain degree would be considered as an asset
• Exceptional Greek and English command skills written and oral
• Literacy in customer service software, databases or/and CRM tools
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office specially in Excel and ERP systems familiarity

• Very good Communication skills
• Customer service focus
• Problem analysis and problem-solving
• Decision-making
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
