    As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

    • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
    • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
    • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
    • Interview candidates and create shortlists out of longlists
    • Prepare the communication for all the recruitment activities
    • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contract details
    • Report drafting for higher levels

    The qualifications for this Talent Acquisition Specialist position are:

    • Bachelor’s degree in  relevant field
    • Master’s degree or certifications in Human Resources Management will be considered as an asset
    • Previous experience in industrial/engineering recruitment
