As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Interview candidates and create shortlists out of longlists
- Prepare the communication for all the recruitment activities
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contract details
- Report drafting for higher levels
- Contribute to key HR projects

The qualifications for this Talent Acquisition Specialist position are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a must have
